AI ATS and AI recruitment, answered
The questions HR and recruitment teams ask me most often about AI first hiring tools, answered without the sales talk.
What is an AI ATS?
An applicant tracking system is the place where job adverts, candidates and hiring decisions live. An AI first ATS is built around AI from day one, so screening, writing and follow up happen inside the same flow instead of in separate tools.
How is an AI first ATS different from a traditional one?
A traditional ATS stores data and waits for a recruiter to act. An AI first system drafts the advert, sorts incoming applications against the role and prepares replies, so the recruiter spends the day on conversations rather than admin.
What does heyree do?
heyree is the AI first ATS for HR and Recruitment that I lead as CEO. Companies including Bonami, Ecomail and Emark use it to run hiring end to end, from the job advert to the offer.
Do AI recruitment tools replace recruiters?
No. They remove the repetitive part of the work. The decision about who to hire stays with people, and good tools make that decision better informed rather than automatic.
Can an AI recruitment tool work in several languages?
Yes. Hiring in Central Europe usually means adverts and candidates in more than one language, so the tooling has to handle that as a normal case, not an exception.
What else do you build besides recruitment products?
Brands and websites for growing companies, such as Bubblees and EMNT Solutions, plus positioning, copy and content. Recruitment products and brand work feed each other, because both live or die on how clearly you explain yourself.
